I am in my cookies all the time. The mine is equipped with a removable tray and little benefit. What can I do about six cookies at a time. I use a small baking heat and not that long. They seem faster in the little room to cook.
My toaster has a surface area larger than most of the cooking. I make little cakes and pastries all the time now. But watch closely because they cook faster. I am also the cookie tray half way, because they are in the back to brown if I do not.
I am my toaster oven all the time, simply lowering the temperature back into it .. for some reason tend to burn it easy to ... So if your cookie recipe calls for cooking from 375 to 350 and keep to a constant eye on them ... Bon Appetit!
